Chandos Construction has completed the King Thunderbird Centre, a purpose-built facility for Boyle Street Community Services in Edmonton. The 85,000-square-foot centre consolidates services for vulnerable community members on a 2.5-acre site in the McCauley neighbourhood.

It features net-zero, zero carbon certification, utilizing solar and geothermal energy systems. The project reflects strong Indigenous consultation and community commitment, including a $15,000 annual contribution to Boyle Street's Emergency Response Fund.
