Nicolas Groult has been appointed CEO of KNDS France, effective 5 January 2026, succeeding Nicolas Chamussy, who resigned on 30 September 2025. During the interim, Nicolas Million, the CFO of KNDS France, is acting CEO.

Groult will oversee French operations, manage key programs, and direct development in line with KNDS Group's strategy. He has served as CEO at Pandrol since 2023 and previously spent ten years at Parker Meggitt leading the Power & Sensing division. KNDS France employs 4,500 individuals and specializes in designing and manufacturing armoured vehicles, artillery systems, and other defence equipment.
