Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace Inc. has commenced construction on a 150,000-square-foot missile production facility in James City County, Virginia, with an investment exceeding $100 million. The facility, expected to create nearly 200 jobs, will manufacture the Naval Strike Missile and Joint Strike Missile, with production slated to begin in 2028.
