Korean Air has successfully tested a 5-meter satellite antenna, enhancing its role in future space programs and 6G. The tests were conducted at the CAMTIC Advanced Mechatronics Technology Institute in Jeonju, overseen by the Korea Research Institute for Defense Technology Planning and Advancement.

Collaborating partners included CAMTIC, StepLab, and Korea Aerospace University. The project demonstrates Korean Air's capability to design strategic hardware for satellites, aiming to support high-resolution Earth observation and satellite communication networks.
