Kraft Heinz has abandoned its plans to split into two companies, joining others like DuPont and Telefonica that have recently scrapped similar restructuring initiatives. DuPont will not separate its water business but will proceed with its electronics spinoff.

Telefonica’s CEO confirmed the cancellation of the Virgin Media O2 fixed network spin-off. Bayer has postponed its breakup plans for three years. Additionally, Teck Resources and EY have also withdrawn from their respective spin-off plans.
