Leonardo Unveils Cúpula Michelangelo Defense Project, Focuses on Exports and Global Markets

Leonardo has launched the Cúpula Michelangelo project, aimed at enhancing integrated defense architecture for critical infrastructure protection. The company projects a turnover of €17.8 billion in 2024, with 72% derived from defense products and over 80% of sales coming from exports, primarily to the U.S. and U.K. The Italian government holds a 30.20% stake in the company, which is also expanding its military vehicle production through a joint venture with Rheinmetall.
