Llanfoist Fawr Primary School in Monmouthshire is piloting a composting project combining Bokashi fermentation and aerobic composting. Supported by Monmouthshire County Council, the initiative aims to reduce food waste and enhance environmental awareness among students.

The project addresses lunch waste issues, particularly from cooked food, and is funded by the Monmouthshire Food Partnership and the Shared Prosperity Fund. Agriton UK is providing technical support for the project.
