Applications for Cohort 9 of Luminate NY, a premier accelerator for deep-tech startups in optics and photonics, close on January 12, 2026. Selected companies will receive an initial investment of $100,000 and compete for up to $2 million in follow-on funding, provided they meet specific criteria and commit to operating in the Finger Lakes region. The program, managed by NextCorps, will select 10 startups, with activities commencing in April 2026.
