Maas Energy Works and PG&E Commission RNG Facility at Couco Creek Dairy in Turlock, California

NATURAL GASBIOFUELS

Maas Energy Works has launched a renewable natural gas (RNG) facility at Couco Creek Dairy in Turlock, California, in collaboration with PG&E. The facility captures methane from dairy operations and upgrades it to pipeline-quality fuel, supporting local agriculture and reducing greenhouse gas emissions by an estimated 54,000 metric tons of CO₂e annually. PG&E's interconnection with this facility marks its eighth, with plans for seven more by 2027, as part of its strategy to operate a net-zero energy system by 2040.
