Magallanes Renovables has advanced its ATIR 2.0 tidal energy project, a floating platform designed to generate 1.5 MW of renewable electricity, with legal support from Watson Farley & Williams. The project, set for construction in Vigo, Spain, and operation in Scottish waters, features advanced engineering, including two counter-rotating turbines. PricewaterhouseCoopers served as the lenders' legal counsel for the financing secured through a special purpose vehicle.
