Marshall Municipal Utilities Board Approves Common Facilities Agreement for Energy Center

NATURAL GAS

The Marshall Municipal Utilities Board approved a Common Facilities Agreement with the Missouri Joint Municipal Electric Utility Commission for the Marshall Energy Center project, including switchgear and diesel tanks. The agreement requires City Council authorization on February 17. Additionally, the board approved a $6,494 change order for heating boiler replacement and $66,000 for MMU Natural Gas line repairs.
