Maya Khola Hydropower Limited has appointed Citizens Capital Limited as the issue manager for its 10 million rights share issuance. The agreement was signed in Kathmandu by executives from both companies.

Citizens Capital will handle regulatory approvals and post-approval management. Established in 2067 B.S., Maya Khola has been generating electricity since 2080 B.S., supplying power to the Nepal Electricity Authority.
