PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk has divested its entire 99.99% stake in PT Exspan Petrogas Intranusa to its subsidiary, PT Medco LNG Indonesia, for IDR 24.18 billion. The transaction, involving 926.3 million shares, was formalized on December 26, 2025, and is classified as an affiliated transaction under OJK regulations. Following the announcement, Medco shares fell by 0.74% to IDR 1,345, but the company does not anticipate any significant impact on its operations or financial status.
