Modern Gas has signed an agreement with Talaat Moustafa Group to develop centralized gas networks for Banan Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The project, covering 10 million square meters, begins with a SAR 24 million phase for 4 million square meters.

Modern Gas will operate the system in partnership with FAJR Natural Gas and Petromaint. This agreement enhances their previous collaborations and secures a 33-year concession, expanding Modern Gas's presence in the Saudi market.
