National Fuel has proposed a 5.9% rate increase for Pennsylvania customers, amounting to $19.7 million, pending approval from the Pennsylvania Utility Commission. The increase aims to cover rising operating costs and support a new energy efficiency pilot program, while still maintaining the lowest delivery rates in the state.
