Rear Admiral T.J. Zerr of the Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC) hosted Captain Lene Dømbe from the Norwegian Navy Training Establishment in San Diego. Discussions included the renewal of the Maritime Information Exchange Memorandum of Agreement, focusing on improving the tactical warfighting capabilities of both nations' surface fleets. Both commands committed to ongoing collaboration at future events.
