The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) exceeded its small business contracting goals for fiscal 2025, awarding 55% of its $426 million in contracts to small businesses, surpassing the 52% target. Notably, $106 million was allocated to small, disadvantaged businesses, exceeding the 21% goal, while outreach efforts increased small business partnerships by 40%, engaging approximately 140 enterprises. Over the past five years, NSWC PHD has awarded $2.2 billion in contracts, with 63% going to small businesses.
