A new residential development, The Barns, has been established on a former dairy farm in Kent and East Sussex, featuring nine eco-friendly homes clad in charred larch. Ranging from three to six bedrooms, the homes incorporate sustainable materials and technologies, such as air-source heat pumps and photovoltaic panels, while preserving the structural frames of existing farm buildings. The project aims to blend luxury living with environmental sustainability, addressing future water management needs.
