Troops from the 1 Division of the Nigerian Army rescued 11 kidnapped victims in Kachia Local Government Area, Kaduna State, during an operation along the Kaduna-Abuja road. The victims, abducted on October 26, 2025, included five adult males, three females, and three children, and were safely returned to their families after the kidnappers fled upon noticing the approaching security forces. Increased security patrols have been implemented in the area to prevent further incidents and pursue the suspects.
