The National Orientation Agency (NOA) and the Nigerian Army are strengthening collaboration to promote national unity and rebuild citizen trust. NOA Director-General Mallam Lanre Issa-Onilu confirmed this during a visit from Major General Musa Awal Etsu-Ndagi, the Chief of Civil-Military Affairs.

Issa-Onilu commended Etsu-Ndagi for promptly initiating partnerships and emphasized the need for effective civil-military collaboration to address psychological disconnection among citizens. He highlighted the role of NOA in communicating government policies and fostering unity. Etsu-Ndagi expressed concern over misinformation on social media and pledged the Army's support to enhance cooperation with NOA for national stability and development.
