North Wind Invests $1.1 Billion in Aerospace Complex in Rosemount, Minnesota

North Wind is investing $1.1 billion to create a new aerospace and hypersonic research facility in Rosemount, Minnesota, which will serve both commercial and government clients. The complex aims to provide high-fidelity ground testing and is expected to generate hundreds of high-tech jobs while collaborating with the University of Minnesota to advance hypersonic flight research.
This project will also revitalize a contaminated site at UMore Park and reinforce U.S. leadership in advanced aerospace research, with backing from the U.S. Department of Defense.
