Nu Quantum Opens Trapped-Ion Networking Lab Near Cambridge HQ and Seeks New Hires
QUANTUM COMPUTING
Nu Quantum has opened a new trapped-ion networking laboratory near its R&D headquarters in Cambridge, enhancing its research capabilities. The facility will support the development of its Qubit-Photon Interface technology for distributed quantum computing.
The company recently raised $60 million in Series A funding, the largest for a UK quantum company, and is hiring across various technical roles. The lab will collaborate with the UK's National Quantum Computing Centre and other institutions to advance quantum networking technologies.
