NVE Estimates Small-Scale Hydropower Could Generate 14 TWh of Production in Norway

The Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate (NVE) estimates that small-scale hydropower can contribute 14 TWh of the total 20 TWh of hydropower potential in Norway. While small-scale projects show significant potential, large-scale hydropower remains the primary source of output.
