Nvidia to Sign Deal for New R&D Campus in Kiryat Tivon, Israel

Nvidia is set to sign a deal for land to build a research and development campus in Kiryat Tivon, Israel, within days. The company will pay NIS 90 million plus development costs for 90 dunams (22.5 acres) of land.
Approval for the campus has been secured from several authorities, including the Israel Land Authority and the Minister of Defense. The planned campus will cover 160,000 square meters and employ over 8,000 people.
The site will be part of the upcoming Tivon Tech industrial zone. Nvidia's management recently met with CEO Jensen Huang, where discussions regarding the campus were likely held.
