Ocean Outdoor Secures DOOH Contract for New Screen at Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth
Ocean Outdoor has been appointed to operate a new premium digital out-of-home screen at Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth. This contract expands the company's presence in key retail and leisure locations along the English south coast.
The screen, located in the waterfront outlet center near retailers such as Nike, Boots, Le Creuset, and Swarovski, generates approximately 290,000 contacts every two weeks based on ROUTE data. The screen went live on December 15 with the Royal Navy's 2025 Christmas campaign, 'Silent Night: On the Frontline,' featuring re-enactments and operational footage of HMS Diamond's 2023 mission in the Red Sea.
The shopping center reported record revenues and visitor numbers in 2024, with expectations of over 8 million visitors in 2025, indicating another record year. With the addition of Portsmouth, Ocean Outdoor's south coast portfolio now includes Southampton and Bournemouth.
