Officina Stellare has announced a Shareholders Assembly on February 23-24, 2026, to vote on the merger with Global Aerospace Technologies Group (GATG), classified as a Reverse Take-Over (RTO). The meeting will address both ordinary and extraordinary matters, including the updated exchange ratio of 2.197 Officina Stellare shares for each GATG share, aimed at establishing a center of excellence in the Space Economy.
