Omnia Technologies has initiated the construction of a new headquarters in Signoressa, Italy, designed by Lombardini22, to accommodate a growing workforce of approximately 180 employees. The project expands the originally planned building by over 3,000 square meters, incorporating a new architectural volume that offers flexible workspaces, meeting rooms, and shared functions.

The design features a dynamic volumetric composition with a recognizable image, including a new upper volume that houses most workstations and integrates innovative materials for a modern aesthetic. The headquarters will also include green terraces, sports areas, and an outdoor dining zone to enhance employee well-being.

Energy performance will be supported by photovoltaic panels on the roof. Internal communication strategies will establish a clear identity for the spaces.
