One Equity Partners announced that EthosEnergy has agreed to sell its aerospace and defense business, EthosEnergy Accessories and Components Limited and EthosEnergy Accessories and Components, LLC, to Wencor Group LLC, a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation. Financial terms were not disclosed.

This sale is part of Ethos' strategy to simplify its structure and focus on core operations, particularly in industrial gas turbines. Ethos will maintain a relationship with its A&D Business to ensure continued access to specialized capabilities for customers. The transaction marks a significant milestone within the first year of One Equity's partnership with Ethos.
