The Onslow County Board of Commissioners approved a contract with Tetra Tech for over $1.3 million, funded by a $1.6 million Readiness Grant, to assess and enhance local infrastructure, particularly in flood-prone areas. The board also accepted a $5,000 grant from the Duke Energy Foundation for the Onslow County 4-H Infrastructure Alignment project and established a process for appointing local trustees to the N.C.

Firefighters Relief Fund Board. Additionally, a Memorandum of Agreement was signed to upgrade courtrooms for remote proceedings.
