Paju City has signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the 25th Infantry Division to delegate administrative authority over an additional 1.5㎢ within the Military Facility Protection Zone, increasing the total delegated area to 68.70㎢. This agreement, announced on December 9, allows for streamlined construction permits in designated areas, including the Paju Contents World General Industrial Complex and surrounding locations, reducing development costs and expediting the approval process.
