Pembina Pipeline Corp Releases 2026 Financial Guidance and Expands Peace Pipeline System
Pembina Pipeline Corp. forecasts 2026 adjusted EBITDA between C$4.125 billion and C$4.425 billion, a four percent increase from 2025. The capital investment program is expected to total approximately $1.6 billion.
A 12-year agreement with Ovintiv Inc. for 0.5 million tonnes per annum at the Cedar LNG facility has been signed, completing the remarketing of its 1.5 mtpa allocation. To meet growing customer demand, Pembina approved a C$200 million expansion of the Peace Pipeline System, enhancing propane-plus delivery capacity into Namao, Alberta.
In 2025, contracts were renewed and new agreements added over 200,000 barrels per day of conventional pipeline transportation capacity. Pembina and Kineticor are progressing on the Greenlight Electricity Centre project, with a final investment decision expected in the first half of 2026.
