The Pennsylvania Army National Guard is moving forward with plans to relocate its operations to a new readiness center in Union Township, following a stormwater compliance submission for the site. The new facility, to be built on a 27-acre property, will replace the outdated Frank Avenue location and will include a readiness center, storage building, and parking.
