Philippi, WV Secures Permit for $19 Million Water Reservoir Project

The City of Philippi, W.Va. has received a permit from the US Army Corps of Engineers for a $19 million water reservoir project, designed to serve as a secondary water source for its treatment plant. Nearly $13 million in grants have already been secured for the initiative, which is still awaiting approval from the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection.
