The Philippines and Brunei Darussalam strengthened their bilateral relations during the 4th Joint Commission for Bilateral Cooperation on December 15, co-chaired by Philippine Undersecretary Leo Herrera-Lim and Brunei's Permanent Secretary Pengiran Norhashimah.
