The Philadelphia Navy Yard, transformed from a closed naval shipyard to a thriving economic hub over the past 25 years, now hosts over 150 companies and more than 16,000 employees. Managed by PIDC since 2000, the site has attracted significant investment and is recognized as the largest LEED® Neighborhood Development in the U.S. To celebrate its milestone, PIDC released a documentary detailing the Navy Yard's evolution and future plans for new housing, retail, and manufacturing facilities aimed at further boosting the local economy.
