Power Northwest, a new coalition of business and civic leaders, was launched to attract economic investment in the Shenango Valley, Pennsylvania. The group, formed by leaders from 10 counties including Mercer and Lawrence, aims to unify and support existing economic development efforts.

U.S. Senator Dave McCormick announced the initiative alongside various local officials and stakeholders. Power Northwest was created to advocate for these counties, which were excluded from a previous $92 billion energy and technology investment.
