Gibson and Air Force Maj. Gen. Mark B.

Pye for promotion to lieutenant general. Gibson is set to become the military deputy to the Direct Reporting Program Manager for Golden Dome at the Pentagon, while Pye will serve as military deputy to the Direct Reporting Portfolio Manager for Critical Major Weapon Systems. Both generals are currently in senior roles at their respective branches within the Pentagon.
