Qatar's Government Tenders Reach QAR 10.8 Billion in Q4 2025, Driven by Local and Foreign Contracts

Qatar's Ministry of Finance reported that government tenders and auctions totaled QAR 10.8 billion in Q4 2025, marking a 68.75% increase from Q4 2024. Local firms received QAR 7.9 billion while foreign companies were awarded QAR 2.9 billion.
The quarter saw 1,018 distinct activities, reflecting a 13.11% rise in projects. The 2026 State Budget forecasts a 5% increase in total expenditure, emphasizing continued infrastructure investment.
