qLABS to Launch Quantum-Sig Smart Contract Wallet for Post-Quantum Cybersecurity

QUANTUM COMPUTING

qLABS announced the launch of the Quantum-Sig smart contract wallet, integrating post-quantum cybersecurity into Web3 through a partnership with 01 Quantum. The wallet will protect smart-contract-based tokens, including Ethereum and leading stablecoins like USDT and USDC, utilizing the qONE ecosystem token for security.

This development addresses the risks associated with Q-Day, when quantum computers may break current cryptography. The Quantum-Sig wallet employs a quantum-resilient architecture to neutralize classical key compromise, maintaining interoperability and performance. It uses a zero-knowledge proof engine for secure verification of quantum-safe signatures. qLABS raised USD $390,000 in pre-seed funding, establishing a market valuation of USD $6 million, as part of a multi-stage financing plan.
