Renolit SE has extended its joint venture with APPL Industries Limited for an additional 15 years, focusing on growth in India and Asia. This extension pertains to APPL GOR India Plastics Pvt. Ltd., operational for nearly 15 years.

The partnership allows Renolit to enhance its presence in India, a crucial market for its growth strategy. The joint venture has expanded from producing composite sheets for the automotive sector to a diverse manufacturing base.

Renolit has commissioned a new production line for Reapply, a coated solution for construction formwork, aimed at increasing reusability and reducing material use. Additionally, Renolit is investing in a separate facility in India to manufacture membranes for pumped storage power plants, although specific investment values and production capacities were not disclosed. This strategic approach underscores the importance of the joint venture in Renolit's regional operations.
