DEFENSE

Repsense, a Vilnius-based data analytics firm, has raised €2 million in a seed funding round, concluding with a final €1.1 million investment from Tensor Ventures and Seed Starter, CVC of Česká spořitelna, alongside existing investors BSV Ventures and Coinvest Capital. The funding will be used to improve disinformation analysis, enhance the Havel platform, and develop new recognition technologies for security, defense, and marketing.

The funding round was completed in tranches throughout 2025. In a broader context, approximately €11 million has been invested across Europe in 2025 into analytics-led security, governance, and threat-detection technologies, with notable rounds including €1.5 million for Belgium's XFA and €4.7 million for Denmark's Moxso. Repsense was founded in 2022 by Mykolas Katkus and Alfredas Chmieliauskas, and it aims to expand its capabilities beyond current information challenges.
