Rheinmetall Denel Munition (RDM) trained 80 military veterans in various technical skills, increasing total trained veterans to nearly 1,000 since 2018. The three-month programs focused on boiler making, fitting & turning, and CNC machining, preparing veterans for entry-level roles or self-employment.

RDM also supports veterans' children in acquiring skills. The initiative has led to business launches and job placements, with significant investment in skills development and operations expansion.
