Rita Schuh, an Environmental Engineer with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a master's in Public Administration, has worked with the U.S. Navy since 1989. She leads initiatives like the UNDS program for standardizing environmental discharge requirements for Navy ships and the Ballast Water program to protect ecosystems from invasive species.
