Ronald Hahn has stepped down as chief growth officer at Astrion after over two years. He joined Astrion in 2023, where he managed the company's growth strategy and government contract acquisition. Prior to Astrion, Hahn served as CGO at Client Solutions Architect and held leadership roles at AECOM and URS Corp.

He also worked as chief at Special Operations Command for the Department of the Air Force. Hahn emphasized the importance of having a clear strategy when pursuing contracts and starting the capture process early to improve win rates.
