Rune Technologies Partners with Lockheed Martin on U.S. Army Next Generation Command and Control Prototype

DEFENSE

Rune Technologies will support Lockheed Martin's $30M prototype agreement to develop the U.S. Army's data-centric Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) prototype. Positioned as a provider of sustainment services, Rune will deploy its TyrOS software across the Army's 25th Infantry Division.

The NGC2 initiative aims to modernize operational command and control systems, allowing commanders to make faster, informed decisions in dynamic environments. Rune's TyrOS leverages machine learning to forecast supply expenditures and operational readiness, ensuring predictive rather than reactive logistics. The system's architecture is designed for resilience in challenging conditions, integrating with the Raft Data Platform to enhance supply chain intelligence and support Army operations.
