Hagag Development Europe has appointed Răzvan Pârvulescu as Business Development Director of Hagag Energy's Natural Gas Division. Pârvulescu will lead the Development and Expansion Department, focusing on expanding the concessions portfolio and implementing the division's development strategy.

Since its launch, Hagag Energy has secured 72 contracts and operates in 95 communes across 18 counties in Romania. The company aims to complete 69 gas distribution networks by the end of 2027, in line with the 'Anghel Saligny' National Investment Program.
