At the Munich Security Conference, Saab AB and Ukrainian Defense Industry (Ukroboronprom) signed a memorandum for collaboration in aviation and aerial surveillance, providing Ukraine access to Western technologies and facilitating NATO standard adaptation.

This partnership enhances Sweden's market access and positions it as a key aerospace supplier, while Ukraine's combat experience boosts its technological edge in the global arms market. Drone production is also expanding, with plans for ten export centers by 2026 in Northern Europe and the UK.
