The Salvation Army has added 41 new homes to a social housing development in Flat Bush, South Auckland. Jonathan Tuiletufuga and his family recently moved into a four-bedroom home after experiencing homelessness and living in a van.

The new units contribute to a total of over 200 homes on the site, with ongoing support for tenants from transitional housing. The Salvation Army operates 18 social housing developments nationwide, with plans for more if funding permits.
