SkillWaze, Pangea Learning, and DAP have formed a strategic partnership to create a talent development pipeline for student-athletes at over 500 universities. This initiative aims to address the global skills gap by providing guaranteed career-ready skill training and verification.

DAP, in collaboration with the National Esports Collegiate Conference (NECC), will implement a 'Learn, Earn, and Verify' ecosystem that connects students to employers in critical sectors including Healthcare, Military/Defense, Advanced Manufacturing, and FinTech. The partnership combines skill verification from SkillWaze, curriculum from Pangea, and a pipeline of competitive talent from DAP to deliver a verified workforce to employers, trade associations, and NGOs/NPOs. This collaboration seeks to transform the skills of student-athletes into economic opportunities in industries facing significant skills shortages.
