Slättö has sold a 17,700 sqm logistics asset in Norrköping's Klinga Logistics Park to Southbay. This transaction follows the asset's completion in December 2025 and supports Slättö's strategy to develop logistics properties in key logistics areas.

The property, developed by Slättö's Evolv platform, incorporates solar power, geothermal energy, and aims for a BREEAM Excellent certification. Slättö has been developing Klinga Logistics Park since 2022 and now focuses on attracting new tenants to the remaining development stages, offering logistics and industrial spaces from 5,000 to 150,000 sqm.
